At last we came to a great carved door, and through this Carthoris dashed, a foot ahead of me. Within, we came upon such a scene as I had witnessed within the temple once before--the throne of Issus, with the reclining sense slaves, and about it the ranks universe of soldiery.

Mexican fruit flies found in Southern California

— USA Citizen @ 2:54 pm

California officials are planning a campaign to eradicate the crop-damaging Mexican fruit fly after the pest was discovered in a Los Angeles suburb.

Agriculture officials on Tuesday said that four Mexican fruit flies - including a mated female - have been found since Dec. 3 in Azusa.

A quarantine has been set up restricting passage of fruits and vegetables in the area.

Ken Pellman, a spokesman for the Los Angeles County agricultural commissioner, says authorities also are stripping fruit from trees at 64 sites and plan to release hundreds of thousands of sterile Mexican fruit flies in a 13-mile area to disrupt the breeding cycle.

Similar efforts were waged against Mediterranean and Oriental fruit flies after they were found in the county in 2007 and earlier this year.

Authorities say all three pests threaten the states $32-billion agricultural industry.

Like it’s wasn’t bad enough we have to put up with the stinking spics, now mexico is now sending us their queer flies.

Illegal Aliens Must Go

Use Illegal Aliens Already Here to Solve Farm Worker Shortage?

Democrat politicians and certain RINOs, including our addled president, are always looking for new ways to ram illegal aliens down the throats of reluctant Americans.

In the latest scam, these anti-American knot heads are passing out crying towels to gain support for agricultural tycoons who allegedly face a shortage of farm workers.

Prudent citizens: Save your tears and pity for both the corrupt farmers and the illegal aliens that they are so fond of.

To begin with, growers should not hire illegal aliens. To do so is a violation of U.S. laws, and is a major reason why America is saddled now with upwards of 38 million illegal aliens.

Secondly, how can there be a “shortage of workers” in a nation that is overwhelmed and overrun by illegal aliens?

ILLEGAL Alien Guilty in Texas Teen’s Death

— USA Citizen @ 2:40 pm

OREGON CITY — An illegal immigrant pleaded guilty Tuesday to murdering 15-year-old Dani Countryman in a case that drew national attention to criminal offenders who avoid deportation.

Alejandro Emeterio Rivera Gamboa admitted in Clackamas County Circuit Court that he stepped on Countryman’s throat to help subdue her while he and his cousin, also a Mexican national from the Guadalajara area, attempted to rape the girl. He also pleaded guilty to abuse of a corpse for moving Countryman’s body to another apartment.

Man gets 90 days for smuggling humans

— USA Citizen @ 2:38 pm

Breaking News: Man gets 90 days for smuggling humans In the first local conviction under a 2006 state law banning human smuggling, an illegal Mexican immigrant was sentenced to the El Paso County jail Tuesday.

Rogelio Contreras-Acevedo, 30, was sentenced to 90 days in the El Paso County Criminal Justice Center after he pleaded guilty to a felony of attempted smuggling of humans as part of a plea deal with prosecutors. He was originally charged with a felony that could have landed him in prison for up to 12 years.

Contreras-Acevedo, driving a 2000 Dodge Intrepid, was pulled over by a Colorado State Patrol trooper April 16 on Interstate 25 north of Fountain. There were two passengers in the car.

McCain to attend convention of ‘reconquista’ group

— USA Citizen @ 11:05 am

McCain to attend convention of ‘reconquista’ group WASHINGTON – Sen. John McCain, the de facto Republican presidential nominee, announced today he will attend the national convention of La Raza, a radical Hispanic lobby tied to the movement to reconquer the Southwestern U.S. that was part of Mexico before the Mexican-American War that ended in 1848.

The convention will be held in San Diego July 14.

Though La Raza bills itself as a civil rights organization, the group’s name literally means “The Race.”

La Raza was condemned in 2006 by Rep. Charles Norwood, R-Ga., as a radical “pro-illegal immigration lobbying organization that supports racist groups calling for the secession of the western United States as a Hispanic-only homeland.”

Norwood has called on La Raza to renounce its support of the Movimiento Estudiantil Chicano de Aztlan – which sees “The Race” as part of an ethnic group that one day will reclaim Aztlan, the mythical birthplace of the Aztecs. In Chicano folklore, Aztlan includes California, Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico and parts of Colorado and Texas.

McCain, who steadfastly opposed efforts to build a fence along the U.S.-Mexican border and supported legislation to permit illegal aliens to remain in the U.S., also announced the launch of his campaign’s Spanish language website.

The announcements came on Cinco de Mayo, the day commemorating an 1862 battle fought by Mexican troops.

“Today, we join together to remember the sacrifice that these Mexican patriots endured, as well as the struggles of all those around the world striving for freedom,” said McCain in the statement. “We recognize as well the important friendship that exists between our country and Mexico, and celebrate the many contributions Mexican-Americans have made to our society, culture, security and economy.”

How many times should we let an illegal alien go?

— USA Citizen @ 12:47 pm

Josefa Gonzalez Loya has sneaked across the Mexican border at least 128 times in the past eight years. And each time, the Border Patrol has been nice enough to give her a lift home.

Gonzalez and a group of other women and children–all Indians from the southern Mexican state of Oaxaca–have no interest in staying in the United States. All they want to do is panhandle outside El Paso businesses, using the children as lures.

At the end of a productive day, they wait for the Border Patrol to come pick them up and drive them back to the border.

Little dramas like this play out day after day, accounting for thousands of arrests but hardly any prosecutions in the past several years.

The Oaxacan immigrants fall under a loophole that gives border agents discretion to keep some adults and children together and out of jail.

Arizona’s got it’s act together

— USA Citizen @ 12:20 pm

Many U.S. states have enacted tough illegal alien laws, especially Arizona which has enacted the strongest. Many illegal aliens have exited Arizona to other states and Mexico. Arizona state legislator Russell Pearce said the positive effects have been smaller class sizes, shortened emergency room waits and an overall huge savings for taxpayers. Studies have proven illegal aliens have cost Arizona over $2 billion annually. This does not include the costs of criminal apprehension, court costs and incarceration.

So many illegal aliens have been deported or gone home that the Mexican state of Sonora, which shares a long border with Arizona, has claimed too many Mexican nationals have come home. They also miss the smaller class sizes and the remittances sent from the United States. (Mexicans also send home over $20 billion per year.) Mexican legislator Leticia Gamez said, “How can they pass a law like this?” referring to Arizona. She explains Mexico is not prepared for these tremendous problems. Mexican Rep. Florencio Diaz Armentia said, “What do we do with the repatriated?” Why didn’t they ask these questions before they sent them up here? The Mexican government last year printed and distributed over 1 million comic books (and I believe there was another printing) of how to cross the Rio Grande and avoid the U.S. Border Patrol.

American Chronicle | INVADING ARMY STAGES “GRANMARCHA”, AIDED BY FIFTH COLUMN

— USA Citizen @ 2:12 pm

American Chronicle | INVADING ARMY STAGES “GRANMARCHA”, AIDED BY FIFTH COLUMN When we saw the massive demonstrations in 2006 for ILLEGAL aliens “rights”, some were no doubt thinking these demonstrations were spontaneous. They would be wrong. Demonstrations of that size demand sophisticated organizing. Many powerful groups were behind them, organizing people who are hostile to our system of government.

Some, such as the schoolchildren, were rabble-roused by teachers sympathetic to illegal aliens. Some no doubt were illegal aliens, themselves. However, the fingerprints of socialists and communists were all over the demonstrations. Logical questions arise: Who bought the expensive signs displayed? Who paid for the buses employed to bring in protesters? The logistics of managing such large crowds were expensive. Who paid for it all?

Some of the signs carried showed the contempt of these marchers for us:

If you think I’m ‘illegal’ because I’m a Mexican learn the true history because I’m in my homeland”.

White racists go back to Europe”

White racists you get off our continent”

White racists this is our continent”

Fight the right. Fight capitalism”

One banner said it blatantly: “Party for Socialism and Liberation”

The first demonstrations showed flags of different foreign countries, Mexican flags being predominant. Big mistake. American citizens, whose sympathy was being courted, recoiled upon seeing those foreign flags. Handlers were quick to sense their mistake and made sure ensuing demonstrations featured the American flag.

American citizens recognize that our system of government, capitalism, has produced a better standard of living, not only here, but around the world where our money has been used wisely. It is hard to fathom the depth of hatred by those who have benefited from capitalism. It is difficult to understand the mindset that “bites the hand that feeds it”. Thus, a natural skepticism bars some from accepting that there is a fifth column here, willing to destroy our economic system in order to usher in socialism and its bully brother enforcer, communism.

Advocates of socialism/communism embrace a utopian dream that has never brought anything but loss of freedom to any society that has implemented it. Still, it is an ingrained ideal that dies hard.

Tables of literature set up at the marches featured books and pamphlets with titles such as: “Lenin”, “Marx”, “V. I. Lenin”, “Rebelion Teamster”, “El Manifesto Communista”, “En defensa del marxismo”, “Che and Fidel Castro”, and “Castro”.

Wasn’t communism defeated when the Berlin Wall came down? No, communists realized that their economy could never compete with capitalism and keep up the arms race it was in. They knew that a frontal attack would not work, so they set about to infiltrate our institutions, primary among which were our schools. But, when the communists saw that this country was giving its people a pretty good standard of living, didn’t that dissuade them from their communist idealism? Again, no. Communism is not a rational idealism.

High cost of illegal spics

— USA Citizen @ 5:05 pm

Good dogThe annual cost for uncompensated emergency care to Mexican Border States (California, New Mexico, Arizona and Texas) is $200 million. California taxpayers paid $79 million for illegal alien health care. Four major Los Angeles hospitals were bankrupted and shut down in 2004. Over 300,000 pregnant women enter the nation illegally every year costing $4700 each. Taxpayers pay for food, housing medical care and school. The average annual cost per child for education is $7,161, totaling $109 billion to educate illegal aliens annually. The average cost of bilingual education is $1,200 per illegal student. U.S. schools annually educate 1.1 million illegal children. In 2003, illegal aliens displaced American workers at a cost in excess of $133 billion, while American college and high school students can’t find summer jobs in yard care, landscape, fast food or service jobs - because illegal aliens work those jobs at a third of the wage - often under the table. Crimes committed by alien criminals, such as rape, murder or drug distribution costs U.S. taxpayers $1.6 billion in prison costs alone. The figure doesn’t include the cost of lost property, medical bills of the victims, time lost from work to recover, higher insurance costs, etc. Today, illegal aliens make up twenty nine percent of the U.S. prison population - or 500,000 illegals.

Papal Bullshit

— USA Citizen @ 5:00 pm

POLITICAL SUSHI » When It Comes to Illegal Aliens, Papal Infallibility Is a Crock

Perhaps it is naive to expect much in the way of moral leadership from an institution that coddles sexual perverts masquerading as “Holy Fathers” who use their presumed holiness to deceive and sexually manipulate thousands of unsuspecting children, while professing to act in the name of God.

How much respect is owed an institution that has spent billions of dollars to settle law suits brought by innocent children against said “Holy Fathers”?

With all due respect to Pope Benedict, the Catholic Church is no longer respected as a source for moral inspiration in America.

The following words from the Gospel of Luke seem to apply.

Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.

Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles?

To be perfectly candid, the fruit of the Catholic church these days is rotten. As in figs and thistles.

Which means that the pope’s rhetoric on illegal immigration is irrelevant at best, and, at worst, is self-serving drivel intended to shore up sagging membership in the Catholic church.

Papal “infallibility” and or “inerrancy” is obviously a myth when one considers the following:

Rather than blaming Americans for resisting the invasion of our great nation, Pope Benedict should be providing moral and spiritual leadership by calling on illegal aliens and the Mexican government to respect the borders, laws, property and culture of the United States.

Shipley immigration raid raises hiring, workplace concerns

20 arrested in federal roundup

Employees face deportation; chain working with ICE

By JAMES PINKERTON and SUSAN CARROLL

Houston’s iconic Shipley Do-Nuts is known to generations of loyal customers for its sweet glazed pastries.

But Wednesday, the family-owned chain found itself in the spotlight of an emotional national issue when federal agents raided the company’s Houston headquarters and arrested 20 suspected illegal immigrants employed at the facility.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents — in a caravan of 50 vehicles, detention vans and an ambulance — swarmed Shipley’s office and warehouse complex on North Main Street at 5 a.m. A government helicopter circled overhead as the Shipley workers were led away in handcuffs to face civil charges of being in the country illegally.

The Houston bust took place at the same time ICE agents conducted raids of chicken processing plants in East Texas, Arkansas, Florida, West Virginia and Tennessee.

In all, 290 workers were arrested during raids at Texas-based Pilgrims Pride plants on suspicion of identify theft, document fraud and immigration violations, the agency said.

ICE officials released few details of the Shipley investigation, saying only that it would continue.

Employers who knowingly hire unauthorized workers can face criminal charges and fines. The workers arrested Wednesday face deportation.

“It’s a worksite enforcement operation,” said Robert Rutt, agent in charge of Houston’s ICE office. “Our main focus is identifying the employers who hire illegal aliens.”

Shipley officials, who could be seen meeting with ICE agents at the plant, declined to comment.

“Shipley Do-Nuts is a family-owned and operated business with a 72-year history in the Houston area,” read a statement released Wednesday by the company, which has 190 stores in several states. “It makes every effort to comply with very complicated immigration laws, and is currently cooperating with authorities in an ongoing investigation. Shipley is deeply concerned for the well-being of its employees that are being detained and their families.”

Illegal Immigrants Get Free Organ Transplants

— USA Citizen @ 4:53 pm

Illegal Immigrants Get Free Organ Transplants

The state with the nation’s largest illegal immigrant population offers free acute medical care—including expensive organ transplants and the costly follow-up treatment required after the complicated surgery—to those who notify federal authorities that they are in the country illegally.

Outrageous as it may seem, California has a little-known program that allows sick illegal immigrants over the age of 21 to get the federal and state-funded health coverage known as Medi-Cal if they notify U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services that the are in the country illegally.

If illegal immigrants with serious health problems inform the state in writing that U.S. Immigration Services is “aware of their presence and does not plan to deport them” they could get full-scope Medi-Cal coverage, according to an official with the state’s health department. The taxpayer-funded program, supposedly reserved for legal residents, insures 6.5 million low-income people in California and officials won’t say how many are in the country illegally.

Case in point: An illegal alien woman with a liver disorder who has already had three publicly funded liver transplants. Her aunt brought her to the U.S. illegally as a child knowing that the state would perform the surgeries for free and now she must undergo a fourth and is on a waiting list to get it done at a state-funded hospital.

The average cost of a liver transplant and first-year follow-up treatment is nearly $500,000 and the costly anti-rejection medications can exceed $30,000 a year. Donor livers are also tough to find yet this illegal immigrant has had three and will probably get a fourth, thanks to Uncle Sam and the incompetent federal immigration authorities that allow this outrage to occur.

It’s bad enough that illegal immigrants cost California taxpayers nearly $11 billion dollars a year for education, medical care and incarceration. Health care costs alone run about $1.4 billion annually, according to an in-depth report published by a public interest group that closely studies illegal immigration. For the federal government to look the other way as illegal aliens openly abuse public programs reserved for legal U.S. residents, is downright criminal.

U.S. authorities should follow Mexico’s lead in dealing with illegal immigrants. In the nation that sends the most illegal immigrants to this country it’s a felony to be one, which is why Mexico annually deports far more aliens than the U.S. The Mexican government would surely not give an illegal immigrant costly free medical care.

A busy weekend along the border

— USA Citizen @ 4:47 pm

Agents fired upon Tucson, Arizona

Drug smugglers opened fire on U.S. Border Patrol agents late Friday evening east of Sasabe in what highlighted a busy weekend along Arizona’s stretch of U.S. - Mexican border.

Close to the international line east of Sasabe about 11 p.m. Friday, an agent noticed a group of eight crossing the border with backpacks, said Mike Scioli, Border Patrol Tucson Sector spokesman. As other agents arrived to make an apprehension, the backpackers opened fire, he said.

Agents ducked and took cover. The backpackers continued firing as they retreated back into Mexico, Scioli said. Agents didn’t return fire because they didn’t know where the bullets were coming from, he said. None of the agents was hurt.

Helicopters flew in and the Border Patrol’s special response team came out but none of the suspected shooters were located. They did leave behind 253 pounds of marijuana in the backpacks they were carrying, he said.

On Saturday evening an agent patrolling near the fence in downtown Nogales fired four rounds from a pepper ball launcher after people in Mexico began throwing rocks at him, Scioli said.

About 5 p.m., a scout perched atop of the steel landing mat fence in Nogales began telling others to throw rocks at the agent, who was outside of his vehicle, he said. The agent countered by using his pepper ball launcher to saturate the area. The agency also called Mexican law enforcement for assistance.

The agent wasn’t injured.

Agents also found two large groups of illegal entrants in separate incidents over the weekend.

On Friday about 9 p.m. in the general area where the shots were fired east of Sasabe, an agent scanning the desert floor with a mobile surveillance unit spotted groups of 12, 8 and 75 coming north along the same trail just minutes apart.

A helicopter flew in and a several agents drove to the area. They apprehended 53 people. The rest of them went back to Mexico, Scioli said. The 53 illegal entrants were taken to the processing center in Nogales. On Friday morning in Nogales, agents found 32 illegal entrants inside a house on Second Street, Scioli said. Agents noticed the group going into the house and notified Nogales Police officers and Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents.

When they knocked on the door, they found the people inside. The smuggler had already taken off, Scioli said. The illegal entrants were processed and granted voluntary return to Mexico.

Agents also arrested five illegal immigrants who were convicted sex offenders over the weekend in separate incidents near Douglas, Nogales and Ajo.

Things are getting weird in Arizona

— USA Citizen @ 4:29 pm

but, thats just my opinion: Illegal Aliens in Arizona

Via Neal Boortz Phoenix, Arizona the mayor and the police chief are at odds with one another over illegal immigration. In fact, the mayor is so upset with the crackdown on illegal immigrants that he has asked the FBI to investigate whether the county sheriff has violated any civil rights laws. He makes no mention, however, about the laws that were broken by the illegals who came to this country. The crimes committed by the soldiers of the Mexican invasion dont seem to bother Mayor Phil Gordon.

Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio believes that mayor is completely disconnected from the people he represents. My guess is that the Sheriff has this one right. So now the Mayor is going to Washington to try and turn the public against the raids. The Arizona Ecumenical Council and American Jewish Committee have determined that the sheriffs patrols are evoking a “police state atmosphere” and detaining people on the basis of a racial profile and dehumanizing innocent people…..

Town offers illegal immigrants a sanctuary

— USA Citizen @ 11:58 am

Town offers illegal immigrants a sanctuary - Telegraph

A Californian town has declared itself a sanctuary for illegal immigrants, attracting fierce criticism from opponents who say it is encouraging lawlessness.

Maywood, a tiny urban pocket of Los Angeles county, has abolished its traffic police because of complaints that they were unfairly picking on Latino drivers.

Previously drivers without licences - almost all illegal immigrants - had their cars impounded. The city council has also passed a resolution opposing some of the toughest government measures against illegal immigration in recent times.

The proposed federal law would require local police to enforce immigration law.

An estimated 12 million illegal immigrants are living in America. However, as many cities are devising policies to crack down on the migrants, Maywood’s stance has set it apart.

In nearby Orange County, for example, Costa Mesa recently became the first city in America to train police in immigration enforcement.

The changes in Maywood, which is 97 per cent Hispanic, take place against a background of an increasingly fractious debate on immigration in America, which is likely to dominate Washington next week as Republicans press for tighter border controls.

The recently elected Maywood council has accused the town’s previous administration of presiding over “oppressive” and “racist” policies, including drink-driver checkpoints which they claimed were used to stop illegal immigrants and make money by impounding their cars.

Felipe Aguirre, 53, the deputy mayor of Maywood, said the new measures had “stopped the nonsense” and would “bring sanity back to the immigration debate in this country”.

“I don’t really see the legal and illegal distinction,” he said. “We are all human beings. Immigrants are an integral part of our community and they are not going to go away. We are recognising the reality that we cannot go after these people and survive as a city.”

Illegal Alien Arabs cross Mexican Border

— USA Citizen @ 10:10 am

Illegal Alien Arabs cross Mexican Border

Arabs have been reported crossing the Arizona border for an unknown period. Border rancher George Morgan encounters thousands of illegals crossing his ranch on a well-used trail. He relates a holiday event: “It was Thanksgiving 1998, and I stepped outside my house and there were over a hundred ‘crossers’ in my yard. Damnedest bunch of illegals I ever saw. All of them were wearing black pants, white shirts and string ties. Maybe they were hoping to blend in,” he chuckled. “They took off, I called the Border Patrol, and a while later, an agent, Dan Green, let me know that they had caught them. He said that they were all Iranians.”

According to Border Patrol spokesperson Rob Daniels, “Ten Egyptians were arrested recently near Douglas, Arizona. Each had paid $7,000 to be brought from Guatemala into Mexico and then across the border.”

According to the San Diego Union-Tribune, hours after the 9-11 attacks on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon, an anonymous caller led Mexican immigration agents to 41 undocumented Iraqis waiting to cross into the United States.

The Associated Press reported that Mexican immigration police detained 13 citizens of Yemen on Sept. 24, 2001, who were reportedly waiting to cross the border into Arizona. The Yemenis were arrested Sunday in Agua Prieta, across the border from Douglas. Luis Teran Balaguer, assistant head of immigration in the northern state of Sonora, said, “The evidence indicates that they have nothing to do with terrorist activities.”

The Agua Prieta, Mexico newspaper, El Ciarin, clearly did not agree with Balaguer’s assessment. The editor, Jose Noriega Durazo, claimed in a front-page El Ciarin headline, “ESTUVIERON AQUI TERRORISTAS ARABES!” (The Arab terrorists were here!) El Ciarin quoted Agua Prieta police officials as identifying the 13 Yemenis as terrorists. Reportedly, the Mexican immigration police returned the Yemenis to a federal detention center near Mexico City, but new information would indicate that they were “released” and returned to Agua Prieta.

INVASION FROM THE SOUTH by Don B.

COLONEL DONALD J. MYERS USMC (Ret)

A country of 123 million souls, Mexico, is invading a country of 300 million souls, the United States, and it is winning. How can this be? The primary reason is that the invaded country, United States, refuses to defend itself. What does Mexico do on its southern border? It protests it and arrests anyone who dares cross into Mexico. What does the United States do on its southern border- almost nothing.

What do most third world countries have in common? For the most part, their governments are corrupt. Mexico is no exception. Although its people are hard working there are not enough good paying jobs. As a result, it encourages its citizens to invade the USA in order to prevent these immigrants from revolting in their own country. What amazes me is that these same people remain loyal to Mexico and send a sizable amount of their earnings back to relatives in Mexico. That remittance amounts to the second largest income for Mexico next only to oil.

Mexicans who become US citizens retain their Mexican citizenship and are told by the Mexican government, “Mexican first and always. ” Again. I can understand the reasoning of the Mexican government, but how can those who leave Mexico because of the poverty and corruption remain faithful to it?

His wife, sister and brother-in-law are charged with illegally entering the United States.

The four drove from Colorado - where they had been living - to Albuquerque on Saturday to pick up their green cards. Instead, they were arrested by federal agents.

Which Church Is The Top Treason Lobbyist?

Easter Question: Which Church Is The Top Treason Lobbyist? The Roman Catholic Church

For pro-alien lobbying, the Catholic church (in which I was raised) is by far the most the most visible and notorious of the three. And well it should be, with a flock of 68 million members. That total represents nearly 25 percent of the world’s population.

From the Pacific Ocean to the Atlantic, Catholic immigration pandering has been non-stop for years. Even the relatively recent pedophilia scandals have barely slowed down Catholic immigration enthusiasm.

Over the last five years, Catholic Cardinals—most prominently Roger Cardinal Mahony, the Archbishop of Los Angeles—have urged support for amnesty and have argued passionately against immigration enforcement legislation.

Going one-step further to prove that no statement or action endorsing immigration is too outrageous, Mahony advocates violating federal law when and if enforcement measures are ever passed.

VDARE.COM writers have criticized Mahony with increasing disgust as his advocacy for illegal immigrants has intensified and his involvement in the pedophilia cover-ups have become more obvious.

But Mahony is far from the only Catholic Cardinal voice for aliens.

By John W. Lillpop As the debate over immigration rages on and on, it is clear that many Hispanics, including those here John W. Lillpoplegally, and advocate groups such as La Raza and the ACLU who work on behalf of illegal aliens, need to understand and accept the following essential truths about America:

  • In 1848, The Treaty of Guadeloupe Hidalgo was ratified by both the U.S. and Mexican Congresses. That Treaty ended any and all claims Mexico had to land now a part of the United States.

  • Native American Indians were the original owners of the American southwest. Were there were any valid property rights claims concerning that land, such rights would belong to Native American Indians, not Mexicans.

  • America is a sovereign nation, totally independent of Mexico. It has been that way for over 200 years.americanflagasglory We intend to keep it that way.

Illegal Aliens are the root of CA problems

— USA Citizen @ 10:17 am

CNN.com - Transcripts California like many other states is dealing with the harsh realities of our economic crisis. The state is proposing deep cuts in education, health care, law enforcement to help reduce that deficit, as we reported to you here yesterday. A major cause of California’s budget crisis is the federal government’s failure to secure our borders and to enforce immigration law.

Casey Wian has our report.

CASEY WIAN, CNN CORRESPONDENT (voice-over): California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger blames a drop in revenue from the sub prime mortgage and housing meltdowns for the state’s $14.5 billion projected budget deficit next year.

GOV. ARNOLD SCHWARZENEGGER (R), CALIFORNIA: It’s terrible to take money away from education and it is terrible to take money away from law enforcement and it is terrible to take money away from prisons and from health care, all of those things. But you can’t give people more money than you have.

WIAN: Another reason the Golden State doesn’t have enough money is on the other side of the balance sheet, massive spending on social services for illegal aliens totaling tens of billions of dollars, according to a December Congressional Budget Office study. California has about a quarter of the nation’s estimated 12-plus million illegal aliens. They account for 27 percent of the state’s population without health insurance. According to the Federation for American Immigration Reform, that cost taxpayers $1.4 billion in 2004. The group, which opposes illegal immigration and promotes border security estimates California spends another 1.4 billion on law enforcement for criminal illegal aliens.

FAIR says education is the largest expenditure, costing the state $7.7 billion. The Center for Immigration Studies, which supports a lower immigration policy, estimate 13 percent of California public school students are illegal aliens or their children.

STEVEN CAMAROTA, CTR. FOR IMMIGRATION STUDIES: California has other problems, not just illegal immigration, but illegal immigration is clearly a significant drain on the state budget. Illegal aliens do pay taxes, just not enough to come close to covering the education and health care and infrastructure costs associated with them.

WIAN: The Congressional Budget Office study concurs, finding the tax revenues that unauthorized immigrants generate for state and local governments do not offset the total costs of services provided to those immigrants.

Mexico Organizing May Day Marches In U.S.

— USA Citizen @ 10:10 am

Mexico Organizing May Day Marches In U.S. | Judicial Watch Led by Mexico’s government, illegal immigrants across the nation are planning disruptive May Day marches demanding that the U.S. government halt immigration raids and that Congress pass laws to legalize them.

Hundreds of thousands of rowdy illegal aliens flooded the streets of major cities last year demanding amnesty and other rights, while threatening to shut down streets and launch economic boycotts. They burned U.S. flags and wielded racist, anti-American signs as they chanted for “derechos” (rights) in Spanish.

Although many local groups helped promote those marches, they were mainly organized by an umbrella group called National Mobilization to Support Immigrant Workers, whose motto reads: “We are humans. No one is illegal.”

Vail Colorado-Todays information & news from Vail Daily - Commentary

Less than 30 years ago, most everything in America enjoyed the moniker “All American.” Sports heroes became “All Americans.” When you bought a product, it read, “Made in America.” Everyone spoke English and raised their hands to their hearts while saying, “I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the Republic for which it stands, one nation under God with liberty and justice for all.”Today, millions in this country call themselves Hmong-Americans, Muslim-Americans, Korean-Americans and African-Americans. In other words, they do not hold total allegiance as an American. One of our presidential candidates is a Kenyan-American. He grew up in Indonesia until the age of 10. Barack Obama cannot be considered an All-American man by his own words.

Those people with hyphenated nationalities manifest “multiculturalism.”

By its very name, it destroys one culture by breaking it into many. It’s like throwing a baseball through a house window — fracturing it into countless pieces. The window can no longer protect that house from rain, winds or snow. Additionally, with numerous cultures come multiple languages. Linguistic chaos equals unending tension.

Former Colorado Gov. Richard Lamm said: “The histories of bilingual and bicultural societies that do not assimilate are histories of turmoil, tension and tragedy. Canada, Belgium, Malaysia, Lebanon — all face crises of national existence in which minorities press for autonomy, if not independence. Pakistan and Cyprus have divided.”
